As a Sourcing & Negotiation Advisor at UpperEdge, Erik Bullard is responsible for providing clients with strategic advisory services, focusing on Microsoft and Salesforce negotiations as well as optimization and procurement initiatives.
Prior to joining the team at UpperEdge, Erik was a Senior Sourcing Specialist at American Tower Corporation, a leading Telecommunications company and REIT. During his time there, Erik managed all Indirect Sourcing initiatives, a portfolio of $220M in spend annually. As part of this, Erik specialized in negotiating contracts and leading the implementation of many process improvement, sourcing/procurement, and supply chain optimization initiatives across the organization.
Erik received a B.S. in Business and Engineering with a Minor in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Drexel University.
