Kristen Peterson

As UpperEdge’s Senior Business Operations Specialist, Kristen provides high level support to the Operations, Sales, Marketing and Delivery teams at UpperEdge.  Kristen continuously strives to grow the UpperEdge brand by overseeing the company’s social media platforms and assisting with lead building through sales and marketing activities.  Kristen’s responsibilities also include assisting with the coordination of employee engagement and charity events for the company.

Prior to joining UpperEdge, Kristen worked as a Supervisor for a Pricing Analyst team at Granite Telecommunications, a leading communications provider to multi-location businesses across North America.  During her time at Granite, Kristen developed excellent customer service skills by providing proficient sales and premier account support.  Kristen was responsible for overseeing incoming pricing and quoting requests for existing and potential customers. Kristen graduated from Framingham State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
