Mike Tucciarone is a Sourcing & Commercial Advisory Practice Manager at UpperEdge, and is responsible for delivering sourcing, negotiation and supplier management advisory services with a specific focus on SAP and System Implementations.
Mike has experience leading the development of sourcing and negotiation strategies to meet IT and business requirements driven by pre-existing internal timelines and budgetary constraints. Leveraging UpperEdge’s collective experience and vast market intelligence, Mike has advised numerous clients on achieving best-in-class deals with mitigated downstream risk.
Prior to joining UpperEdge, Mike was an attorney who managed all contractually related matters at OmniClaim (which subsequently acquired by Equian), an industry leader in healthcare cost-containment. During his time at OmniClaim, Mike was responsible for leading the negotiations for the company’s investments required to facilitate growth. Mike was also responsible for creating systematic processes to analyze and capture data in thousands of client contracts which was ultimately developed into several new contractually-based lines of business, resulting in new sources of revenue for OmniClaim prior to acquisition.
Mike earned his B.S. In Legal Studies and Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and J.D. from New England Law | Boston. He is also a member of the Massachusetts State Bar.
