Nate Spinney is an IT Sourcing & Negotiation Advisor at UpperEdge in the SAP and IT Services Practice. He provides clients with advisory services with a focus on SAP, Systems Integrator and Hyperscaler negotiations to support the analytical process of negotiation strategy and contract execution.
Prior to joining the UpperEdge team, Nate worked as a Strategic Sourcing Consultant at The Hanover Insurance Group for 6 years where he facilitated large scale contractual negotiations for both non-IT and IT categories of spend ranging from Information Security to Strategy, Innovation and PMO. During his time at Hanover, Nate was also responsible for contract repository administration and management of several key vendor relationships.
Nate holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross.
