Who We Are

Vince Ambrosino, a member of the UpperEdge Advisory Board, is a seasoned consumer products executive with operational, financial, and strategic leadership experience across McCain Foods, Suntory, and PepsiCo.

At McCain Foods, he served as President of the North America Potato Division and Chief Financial Officer for the North America Region, where he helped restore growth and profitability, strengthen supply chain and product quality, and build finance and leadership capability. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer of Suntory Holdings in Japan, he led global initiatives to strengthen the operating model and expand across Asia. Earlier in his career, Vince held senior finance and operating roles at PepsiCo in the U.S. and Canada, contributing to turnaround efforts and sustained margin expansion.

Vince holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois. He brings a collaborative and thoughtful approach to translating ambitious objectives into durable results.

David Davidson, a member of the UpperEdge Advisory Board, is an enterprise transformation executive with more than 35 years of experience in corporate strategy, large-scale ERP transformation, cost optimization and enterprise value advisory, built over a long diverse career at Accenture.

As a Senior Managing Director at Accenture, David served on the North America Leadership Team and led the firm’s CFO & Enterprise Value Strategy & Consulting Practice— setting its strategy, building its capabilities, and shaping the offerings to best serve its global enterprise clients. David also led Accenture’s Platform Transformation Capability, integrated the firm’s capabilities and go-to-market across Strategy, Consulting, Technology & Data and Outsourcing, while advising CFOs and boards through complex finance and technology transformation.

Since retiring from Accenture in 2022, David has founded David A. Davidson Consulting and advises organizations alongside his entrepreneurial ventures across the music, wealth management, and consumer products industries.

David holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a certificate from Kellogg’s Advanced Business Management Program. He pairs a strong technical foundation with deep enterprise leadership to help organizations build resilient, growth-focused strategies in complex, evolving markets.

Lori Foster, a member of the UpperEdge Advisory Board, is an accomplished business leader and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience leading supply chain organizations and business functions across a variety of industries.

Throughout her career, she led complex, large-scale global SAP implementations and played a key role in transforming multinational organizations, driving improvements in processes, technology, operations, and organizational performance.

Her experience spans supply chain strategy, business transformation, enterprise technology, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. She has a proven ability to connect strategic vision with practical execution, helping organizations navigate change, improve effectiveness, and achieve sustainable growth.

Today, Lori is an entrepreneur and business owner, applying the leadership and transformation experience gained throughout her corporate career to building and growing her own businesses.

Lori received a B.B.A. in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Mid-Continent University. Her unique combination of global corporate experience and hands-on entrepreneurial leadership provides a broad perspective on how organizations can evolve, execute, and achieve lasting value.

Todd Smith, a member of the UpperEdge Advisory Board, is a seasoned technology executive and former CIO with more than 30 years of experience leading global IT organizations through growth, transformation, and M&A.

As Chief Information Officer of Horizon Therapeutics, Todd built and scaled the company’s global IT organization, pursuing a cloud-first, enterprise-systems strategy that helped support Horizon’s growth from roughly $300 million to nearly $4 billion in revenue. Earlier, across more than a decade at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, he led the company’s global SAP Center of Excellence and directed the IT integration of major mergers and acquisitions. He began his career at Accenture, delivering large, complex projects across a range of industries.

Today, Todd runs Work Smart LLC, advising organizations from global enterprises to startups on technology strategy, scaling, and transformation.

Todd earned an MBA in Marketing & Operations and B.S.E. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa. He brings a pragmatic, enterprise-level perspective shaped by extensive experience navigating transformation, M&A integration, and technology strategy.

Michael Yadgar, a member of the UpperEdge Advisory Board, is a technology executive, transformation strategist, educator, and board advisor with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations navigate growth and large-scale change.

A former partner at Accenture and EY, Michael built and led global SAP and technology businesses, including growing EY’s SAP practice to $2 billion in revenue. Throughout his career, he has advised C-suite executives and boards on complex transformation, technology, and operational challenges across some of the world’s largest organizations.

Today, Michael brings that experience to a mix of corporate, public-sector, nonprofit, and academic roles. He advises organizations such as UpperEdge, startups including AltitudeIQ and the U.S. Department of the Navy, while serving on the University of Wisconsin-Madison Industrial Engineering Advisory Board.

Michael earned a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and statistics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. At the center of his leadership philosophy is a simple belief: lasting transformation is ultimately about people, not just technology.
