Heather Tudor

As Client Relationship Manager, Heather is responsible for growing our Subscription Based business focusing on client retention and expanding relationships with existing clients to include the full scope of our services. Heather plays a critical role working alongside our Client Delivery Team to ensure customer success

Prior to joining UpperEdge, Heather worked across various industries including telecom, Saas, and managed services. She spent 3 years as an Account Executive at Accenture (formerly ClearEdge Partners) growing the subscription client base and delivering a full range of IT advisory services to her clients.

Heather earned an MBA from Boston University and a BA in Communication from UMass Amherst.
