Hina Moore

As a Project Execution Advisory Services (PEAS) Practice Director, Hina leads and advises clients on execution governance, delivery oversight, and value protection across complex ERP and large‑scale digital transformation programs. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience in consulting and industry, Hina provides independent, execution‑focused guidance to help organizations mitigate risk, challenge system integrators, and achieve execution certainty on high‑stakes initiatives.

Prior to joining UpperEdge, Hina led multi‑site, SAP‑enabled modernization programs at Agilent Technologies, partnering closely with executive leadership on strategy, business case development, and oversight of global transformations across manufacturing, supply chain, and quality. She previously held implementation and program leadership roles at DXC Technology, PwC, and Accenture, where she supported large‑scale ERP deployments, vendor ecosystems, and regulated programs. Hina’s experience operating on both sides of the system integrator relationship uniquely positions her to help clients protect and maximize transformation value.
