Kelly Roper

Kelly is a member of UpperEdge’s Operations team, serving as a Sales Operations Specialist. She plays a role in the development and finalization of sales-related proposals, overview decks, and contractual material that spans the entire sales lifecycle. The focus of her work is to support the success of our Account Executives, Practice Leaders, and ultimately our clients.

 Prior to joining UpperEdge, Kelly gained experience in the employee benefits industry as an Enrollment Specialist. She was responsible for coordinating the onboarding and open enrollment processes for client companies in order to maximize employee enrollments. Kelly earned her B.A. in Theatre with a minor in Arts Administration from Suffolk University’s College of Arts & Sciences.
