As Senior UX Designer at UpperEdge, Mike is responsible for the design, new media implementation and management of content promotion and marketing programs to encourage client engagement and drive business.
Prior to working at UpperEdge, Mike coordinated, launched and measured the effectiveness of dozens of content promotion programs for Gartner. Mike consulted with client-facing associates to understand client demand and usage patterns, and advised internal teams on client experience enhancements.
Mike was Art Director at AMR Research, where he managed the graphics and media team for all design and new media delivery. His team worked with Technology, Editorial, Sales, Marketing and overall business leaders to help mold and create the direction of AMR’s marketing and media as well as produce any and all external marketing products. Mike designed and directed concepts, layouts, graphics, logos, advertising promos, organization design structures, and special projects. Applied fundamental analytical and creative skills to identify and evaluate design alternatives and to develop or participate in developing aspects of design projects. Developed innovative navigation systems, interface designs, social media integration, page layouts for web packages and other media (podcasts and video).
Mike has a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from St. Michael’s College and a MS in UX Design in Interactive Media & Communications from Quinnipiac University.
