Ryan McGhee

As UpperEdge’s Practice Director: Project Execution Advisory Service, Ryan McGhee leverages his 15+ years working in the consulting industry to develop and deliver advisory services to clients. These services are designed to maximize the value extracted from systems integrators and mitigate risks associated with IT enabled transformation.

Prior to joining Upper Edge, Ryan was a Senior Manager at Accenture Federal Services where he led complex transformation projects largely in the public sector with a focus on program management and solution delivery from RFP through delivery to hypercare. He has managed delivery on multiple $100M+ programs using technologies such as SAP, Cloud, and Custom Development, collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization to implement solutions aligned with critical business objectives.

Ryan holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
