Jason Flye
IT Sourcing & Commercial Advisory Practice Director
As UpperEdge’s IT Sourcing & Commercial Advisory Practice Director, Jason is responsible for supporting the delivery of IT Sourcing, Negotiation and Supplier Management advisory services to UpperEdge clients.
Jason has over 11 15 years of multi-faceted IT experience where he has held various IT leadership positions, consulted organizations on ERP selection and delivery, and negotiated large enterprise technology deals.
Prior to joining UpperEdge, Jason led technology divestiture initiatives as a Sourcing Director for Equitable Financial Life Insurance Company, enabling the successful separation of Equitable from AXA in France. In addition to this program, Jason had responsibility for managing the entire Indirect Sourcing Portfolio for Equitable, totaling over $1B in spend.
Prior to Equitable, Jason spent 15 years at Lowe’s where he led IT Software and Services Categories for the company, and 4 years within Bank of America’s IT Professional Services Sourcing.
Jason earned his B.S. in Business Management from North Carolina State University, concentrating in Management Information Systems.
