As UpperEdge’s Business Operations Manager, Kristen provides high level support to the Operations, Sales, Delivery, Marketing and Executive teams at UpperEdge. Kristen’s primary responsibility is focusing on driving business growth by managing the development of sales-related proposals and RFPs, sales collateral and contractual material that spans the entire sales lifecycle. Kristen plays a key role in supporting the sales team’s success by streamlining sales processes and systems that help the sales team achieve their goals and operate more efficiently. Kristen provides critical insights for UpperEdge’s executive team by compiling and analyzing enterprise-level and sales-specific KPIs to identify and evaluate year-over-year business trends. In addition, her responsibilities also include the coordination of employee engagement, charity & philanthropic initiatives for the company.
Prior to joining UpperEdge, Kristen worked as a Supervisor for a Pricing Analyst team at Granite Telecommunications, a leading communications provider to multi-location businesses across North America. During her time at Granite, Kristen developed excellent customer service skills by providing proficient sales and premier account support. Kristen was responsible for overseeing incoming pricing and quoting requests for existing and potential customers. Kristen graduated from Framingham State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
