Kristen Peterson

As UpperEdge’s Senior Business Operations Specialist, Kristen provides high level support to the Operations, Sales, Delivery, Marketing and Executive teams at UpperEdge.  Kristen’s primary responsibility is focusing on driving business through the development of sales-related proposals, sales collateral and contractual material that spans the entire sales lifecycle. Kristen’s focus is to support the success of the sales team by optimizing sales processes and systems that help the sales team achieve their goals and operate more efficiently. In addition, her responsibilities also include the coordination of employee engagement, charity & philanthropic initiatives for the company.

Prior to joining UpperEdge, Kristen worked as a Supervisor for a Pricing Analyst team at Granite Telecommunications, a leading communications provider to multi-location businesses across North America.  During her time at Granite, Kristen developed excellent customer service skills by providing proficient sales and premier account support.  Kristen was responsible for overseeing incoming pricing and quoting requests for existing and potential customers. Kristen graduated from Framingham State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
