Mariah James

As a Sales Operations Specialist on UpperEdge’s Operations team, Mariah helps to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process. She contributes to preparing and finalizing sales-related proposals, overview presentations, and contractual documents throughout the sales lifecycle. Her main objective is to support the success of our sales team and, ultimately, to achieve successful results for our clients.

 Prior to joining UpperEdge, Mariah provided meticulous administrative support to client-facing managers at Wellington Management as an Executive Assistant. Her contributions supported the enhancement of prospect and client relationships, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the firm. Mariahgraduated from Boston College with a B.A. in Communication with a minor in Marketing.
