Mike Brown

Mike leads the full spectrum of creative strategy and execution—spanning graphic design, web, video, podcasts, presentations, and other multimedia initiatives. Since joining the company in 2016, he has played a key role in scaling UpperEdge’s creative operations and elevating its brand presence. Mike holds a Master’s in UX Design (2019) and brings previous experience as an Art Director, making him the go-to resource for ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence across all visual and digital touchpoints.

In his role, Mike collaborates directly with the Marketing team and executive leadership to manage all requests for creative assets, oversee production and approval workflows, and maintain brand alignment as the company continues to grow. His strategic oversight and hands-on design leadership ensure that every piece of creative output supports UpperEdge’s mission and strengthens our market position.
