Olivia Sullivan

Olivia Sullivan is an IT Sourcing and Negotiation Senior Analyst at UpperEdge. As part of the delivery team, she provides clients with strategic advisory services for Microsoft, Salesforce, and ServiceNow engagements. Olivia is also responsible for preparing client deliverables including benchmarks, proposal assessments, and term sheets.

Prior to joining UpperEdge, Olivia spent over three years with Accenture’s Business Procurement Services practice (formerly ClearEdge Partners), working most recently as a Senior Analyst. She specialized in developing tailored advisory for clients navigating deals with ServiceNow and Cisco.

Olivia earned her B.S. in Economics from Northeastern University with a minor in Argumentation & Law.
