Ted Rogers
Project Execution Advisory Services Practice Leader
As UpperEdge’s Practice Leader: Project Execution Advisory Services, Ted Rogers is responsible for the development and delivery of services that benchmark and optimize the lifecycle of a company’s IT-enabled transformations.
Prior to joining UpperEdge, Ted was the Vice President of IT for Flynn Restaurant Group, the nation’s largest franchisee, spanning 890 locations across 30 states. Ted was previously at The Timken Company, a global F500 manufacturer. While at Timken, Ted developed and led the global enterprise systems and architecture teams in the U.S., Europe and Asia. He was involved with transformational projects including global ERP and HCM implementations. He also developed and implemented the legacy systems management program and was active in acquisition and divestiture activities. Ted was a former client of UpperEdge while at Flynn and Timken.
Ted also held various leadership roles in operations including supply chain and Six Sigma process improvement where he was a Black Belt. Prior to Timken, Ted spent ten years at VWR International and Dupont.
Ted earned his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Michigan-Flint, and an M.B.A. from the University of Delaware.
