After Dreamforce 2022 ended, many Salesforce customers left the conference with some key insights on where Salesforce is focusing their time and money. Our Salesforce Practice Leader, Adam Mansfield, was able to attend Dreamforce this year and had two key takeaways that he observed from the event:
- Salesforce is laser focused on innovation, specifically through their new solution, Genie, and with integrations through Slack and WhatsApp.
- Salesforce customers, on the other hand, are focused on value. Customers want to ensure they are getting tangible value from the products they are already subscribed to and from the Customer 360 that Salesforce sold them.
